During our last company wide meeting, the Fusion Anesthesia Solutions’ leadership team discussed our organization’s goals and that lead into a very insightful company wide Q & A. Some of the questions and observations were surrounding our clients, who from time to time join our team calls; celebrity guests if you will. We do this so our client partners have an opportunity to interact with all the wonderful people responsible for our success, and, to an extent – theirs.
When the meeting ended, I got to thinking about our clients and what their business goals and values may be – do their goals align with our own? Shouldn’t they? I think yes so, I thought I’d share some of Fusions goals and values – these bullet points were taken directly from our team presentation:
-Our #1 goal here at Fusion Anesthesia Solutions is to provide exceptional anesthesia revenue cycle and practice management performance at the highest level to ALL of our clients.
-Treat our clients as we would if we were working for our friends.
-Maintaining a business supporting long term employment and employee growth.
-Deliver a work product we can be proud of with a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement in everything we do.
-Be transparent in our internal and external dealings.
That being said, do we want to grow – absolutely – and it is a corporate goal, however, it is not the primary goal. Our philosophy on growth is to continue to expand our family at a rate that allows us to maintain our exceptional performance which correlates directly with our #1 goal. A magic dollar amount or percentage to improve our P and L is not how we view our success.
